Make your life more photogenic

Many of us spend an inordinate amount of time touching up our photos. But pro editing doesn’t have to be difficult.

That’s why today we’re introducing Lightleap. Let’s take a look at a few of its features to see how they can help you better capture all your daily moments – and save some time.

Brighter portraits

Try out the different options to bring out the beauty of your portraits.

Most of the time, snapshots are about people. Highlighting their expressions and charm is often what turns an ordinary photo into an eye-catching one.

Lightleap’s Portrait mode generates a shallower depth of field. It draws the eye by focusing on the subject and blurring the background.

The app’s basic Portrait is free of charge, while a pro subscription provides more filters and finer control over blur, glow and smoothing effects.

Goodbye grey skies

Grey skies got you down? Lightleap has the answer.

You decide what the sky should look like.

Load any image taken on a rainy or overcast day and select Sky to see a list of available filters. In addition to blue skies (found under Essential), the Pro version offers additional effects such as Sunny, Dusk, Sunset, Night and Aurora.

Looking livelier

If you really want your photo to pop, then try some eye-catching effects. But finding the right one can be difficult for action shots. Let’s see what Lightleap has to offer.

Strobe mode magically captures motion in a still photo.

The Pro edition’s Strobe mode allows for multiple exposures. Simply hit the shutter and the app captures a range of motion over multiple shots. It then merges them into a single image, perfectly capturing motion in a still photo. Get ready for some “ooohs” and “ahhhs” with this one.

Filter yourself

Filters are like magic wands: wave it and colours, brightness and other parameters change right before your eyes. Fortunately, filters are where Lightleap shines.

Use different Primers for a more colourful, artistic feel.

In addition to filters like Bright, Warm, Cold and Urban, the app’s Primers can produce completely different atmospheres. Want to give your landscape shot a golden glow? Try the warm toned Sunset Primer. For a more colourful and saturated look, slap on the Radical Primer.
